Requests for exchange or return must be made within 14 days
The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

- If you have a piece that was marked FINAL SALE or made for you as a CUSTOM REQUEST(any product not listed on our website)，as well as earrings (for hygiene reasons) it can not be returned.
- For all other approved returns, the shipping fees & package protection costs associated with your original order & all shipping return costs are non-refundable.
- Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All sales are final at the time of purchase. You have 2 business days from the time your order arrives to email us (info@remiges-ff.com) regarding any damage to your piece(s) to be reviewed for refund.
